These are supplemental terms for Grands Garage products and storefront use. Purchases processed by Tebex are also subject to the terms presented during Tebex checkout. If those terms conflict with these terms regarding payment processing, consumer rights, tax, or refunds, the applicable Tebex checkout terms and mandatory law control.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing this storefront, creating a basket, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront or purchase a product. “Grands Garage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator and product creator. “You” refers to the storefront visitor or purchaser.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and use an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Tebex, CFX, FiveM, game-platform, and payment accounts. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it before purchasing.
Digital products and license
Products are digital vehicle assets, bundles, subscriptions, or related content. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product in accordance with its product listing, documentation, and these terms. Ownership of the underlying product, source files, branding, and intellectual property is not transferred to you.
Unless a product listing expressly provides broader rights, the license is for use on servers connected to the purchasing customer’s authorized CFX account. Product-specific terms shown on the listing are incorporated into these terms.
Delivery and technical requirements
Products are generally delivered digitally through Tebex and the CFX Keymaster or Asset Escrow system. Delivery may require the correct FiveM or CFX account, a valid server key, compatible server software, and completion of any authentication requested during checkout.
You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing and for following the supplied installation instructions. Contact support if delivery does not appear within a reasonable time.
Prohibited use
Except where a product listing expressly permits it, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, share, leak, or redistribute a product or its files.
- Upload a product to another marketplace, repository, file-sharing service, or account.
- Remove or bypass access controls, escrow protections, ownership notices, or licensing systems.
- Reverse engineer, extract, or repurpose protected assets for redistribution.
- Claim a product or its original components as your own work.
- Use the storefront or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
Reasonable configuration and customization for your own authorized server is permitted unless a product listing states otherwise.
Prices, payments, and currency
Checkout and payment processing are provided by Tebex. Taxes, regional pricing, payment methods, and the final checkout currency are determined during checkout. Currency conversions displayed on this storefront are estimates for convenience and may differ from the final amount because of exchange-rate changes, taxes, bank charges, or Tebex pricing rules.
You authorize Tebex and its payment providers to charge the amount displayed and accepted at checkout. Do not submit a purchase using a payment method you are not authorized to use.
Refunds and payment disputes
Digital products are supplied electronically and may become usable immediately. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Tebex checkout terms and mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you experience a delivery or technical problem, contact support before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension or revocation of product access where permitted by law and platform rules.
Subscriptions
If a product renews automatically, its billing interval and price will be shown before checkout. Subscriptions continue until canceled through the method provided by Tebex. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period unless required by law or the applicable checkout terms.
Access to subscription content or future releases may end when the paid subscription period expires.
Support, updates, and modifications
Support is provided through the support channels listed on the storefront. We may request purchase information, logs, screenshots, or configuration details necessary to investigate an issue. Support does not include unrelated server development or third-party resource troubleshooting unless expressly offered.
We may provide fixes, compatibility updates, or improvements at our discretion. We do not guarantee perpetual updates or compatibility with every future FiveM, CFX, game, framework, or third-party change.
Availability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted storefront availability or compatibility with every server configuration. Screenshots and videos are illustrative; appearance may vary with lighting, graphics settings, modifications, and other resources.
FiveM, CFX.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Tebex, and other referenced platforms or marks belong to their respective owners. Grands Garage is not endorsed by them unless expressly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grands Garage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or server availability; or problems caused by third-party services, incompatible resources, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Enforcement and changes
We may suspend support or request revocation of access when we reasonably believe these terms, a product license, platform rules, or applicable law have been violated. We may update these terms as the storefront, products, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
